We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our growing shared shuttle company. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will play a critical role in our sales process by helping to fill our sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.

Location: BSD, Tangerang City
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Use phone, email, and social media to contact prospects and introduce our company and services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and level of interest in our services.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
- Hunt for leads to complete data slack
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably in the transportation or mobility industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
