We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our growing shared shuttle company. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will play a critical role in our sales process by helping to fill our sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.

Posisi: Sales Development Representative
Location: BSD, Tangerang City

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Use phone, email, and social media to contact prospects and introduce our company and services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and level of interest in our services.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Hunt for leads to complete data slack
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably in the transportation or mobility industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • A passion for sustainability and improving the environment through shared mobility.
