𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐗)

Requirement:

1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any major
2. Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of experience
3. Jakarta placement (but willing to work mobile)
4. Have a customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
5. Experience communicating with customers through email, live chat, and phone.
6. Easily connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Job Description:

• Track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
• Conduct research to identify profile customer
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
• Maintain Customer existing database
• Do the survey to all Customers
• Maintain an action plan after the survey
