Job Desc:

• Coordinate efforts across the entire project between designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
• Manage construction schedule and activities
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant road and safety codes

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering
2. Language: Business level in English
3. Have 4-5 years experience as Manager for Hauling ROAD, BRIDGE & PORT construction site project
4. Have more than 15 years of experience in ROAD, BRIDGE & PORT construction site management
5. Familiar with the operation process of various sub-projects on site, be able to arrange well on-site construction operations
6. Have experience in implementing ISO & OHSAS
7. Able to operate MS Project, MS Visio, S-curve
8. Special skills: Organization chart, high multitasking ability
9. Strong time management and project management
10. Good leadership, analytical thinking, team & trust building
11. Good motivation and communication, negotiation skill
12. Decision maker, conflict management,
13. Able to work under pressure
14. Good stress management & high multitaskin
