Real Estate Transaction Senior Manager

Job Description

• Organize and manage land transaction in Swancity
• Purchase and sale of property (land and buildings), particularly in terms of checking legality
• Licensing Legality Management, both new and periodic permits (IMB, Advertising Permits, SLF, SIPA, WWTP, etc.)
• Achieve target set by the company

Qualification

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field
2. Bachelor of Law
3. Have passion in land acquisition, Permit, contract and land transaction
4. Can work under pressure and like to work with target
5.  Location based in Cikupa – Tangerang (shuttle bus is provided if you live in Tangerang (Alam Suter/Gading Serpong) or Jakarta (Slipi) area).
