SAP BASIS

1. Hands on experience on technical architecture & planning activities, on SAP installation, administration and monitoring.
2. Technically fluent in Operating Systems (Unix/Linux), Databases (Oracle, IBM DB2 or SAP HANA) administration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
3. It is a plus to have deep understanding of hardware entities (server, storage, network) and infrastructure for on-premise/cloud environment.
4. Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical problems in general by End-to-End support.
5. Communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
6. Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated. Able to handle stressful situations effectively.
7. Good Team player, strong customer and quality focus.
