PT OPAC Barata address in Jakarta Selatan looking for QHSE (Supervisor Level)
Requirements:

1. Male/Female, possesses Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Public Health or Occupational Safety and Health, preferably have formal training in HSE with recognized qualification or certification.
2. Having minimum 5 years working experience in similar position;
3. Good knowledge about MIGAS area
4. Knowledge of risk assessment techniques and experience at organising
5. Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) ;
6. Fluent in English, both written & spoken.

Job Description :

1. QHSE Performance measurement
2. Implement Company Group’s Integrated QHSE & ABC Risk MS and deliver company to certification according to ISO 9001 & ISO 45001
3. Handle CSMS documents for PQ and Vendor Registration when required and ensure High Risk HSE approval for CSMS.
4. Conduct General Safety Inspections regularly and General Safety Induction for Employee, Associate Consultant, and Resident Partners.
5. Encourage a safe working culture amongst personnel.
6. Assist on preparing HSE Performance Report regularly.
7. Assist on reconstruction & development of Our Company Group’s HSEMS as required
8. Responsible on document Controller for Integrated Management System.
9. Liaise with Third Party QHSE Consultant for advisory/consultancy services.
