PT Bumi Laut Group We are urgently hiring: Crewing Manager

Responsibilities

• The daily operations of the department. To supervise and assist all staff in his department.
• Monitor ship operations, the validity period of ship documents.
• Selection, appointment, welfare, discipline and maintaining appraisal records of seafarer.
• Review the appraisal of seafarer’s performance and follow up training recommendation.
• To encourage and motivate seafarer and attend to all reasonable requests by seafarer and resolve their problems in a professional manner.
• Review and propose crew wage policy. To inform vessels about the wage structure as and when changes are affected.
• To handle seafarer grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Submission of annual budget and make sure the department is running budgetarily.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies.
2. Minimum 3-5 years as experience, preferably in Marine Industry
3. Good understanding about Shipping & Crewing Management and maritime regulation
4. Strong leadership, good analytical and critical thinking, and able to work under dynamic situation.
5. Proficient with MS Office applications.
6. Able to communicate assertively with others and concern to detail
7. Able to join ASAP
