Requirements

1. Minimum education : Bachelor Degree (S1)
2. Minimum 5 years experience as Regional Sales Manager
3. Have a good knowledge in retail and distribution
4. Professional level of English communication & writing
5. Preferably have background in related industries (Chemical Adhesives / Coating and Painting/ Building Material Company)
6. Communicative, good negotiation skill, customer oriented, good attention to detail, persistent to achieve target
7. Having good leadership for managing people
8. Strong exposure and understanding of West region and good network with distributors.
9. Willing to travel around Indonesia
10. Willing to be based in Cikarang

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring Sales activity and turn over.
2. Monitoring stock level, payment and delivery time.
3. Customers visit (projects & retails)
4. Responsibility for all company assets in the Region.
5. Responsible for achieving sales targets in the region
6. Build a distribution network in a designated area
7. Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities to increase sales
8. Evaluate the performance of all sales periodically
9. Ensuring the selling out of the team can be achieved according to the target company that has been set
10. Mastering market share and area characteristics, as well as recruiting and establishing good relationships with all third parties related to the company
