Control System, Electrical & Telecommunications Integration Engineering Company specialized in Oil & Gas & Industry invites highly motivated Individuals to apply to the position of: “TAX Officer”

Qualifications:

1. Male / Female
2. More than 3 years taxation experience in Indonesia with either tax consultant (from multinational company would be an advantage)
3. University degree qualifications in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar;
4. Well-developed knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including Indonesian legislative framework.
5. Having experience in Finance would be an advantage
6. Familiar with Indonesian accounting principles; and
7. Have an experienced in dealing with Indonesian tax authorities, including verbal and written communication on various matters such as tax audits and resolution of tax disputes

Responsibilities:

1. Tax Compliance

• Preparing monthly tax payments and ensure all the payments paid to the Tax Office within deadline
• reparing Corporate Income Tax Return (Annually)

2. Tax Dispute

• Preparing supporting documents needed to respond any queries from the tax office related with the tax paudit process
• reparing supporting documents needed to respond any queries from the tax office related with the tax objection process
• Preparing supporting documents needed to respond any queries from the tax court related with the tax appeal process

3. Tax Accounting

• Prepare quarterly tax provision and its related journals
• Preparing monthly tax payment reconciliations
• Preparing tax expense reconciliation
• Responsible to prepare monthly estimated fiscal position

4. Daily Tax Activities

• Responsible to assist Business Unit in tax consultation for daily transactions and projects
• Summarize new tax regulation that related with company
