Skills and Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
2. Experience in start up company 2-3 year
3. Strong organizational/management and planning skill
4. Data driven approach and objective reasoning
5. Logical & analytical thinking
6. Clear communication & good collaborative
7. Good endurance to manage and lead a team (up to 10 person)

What you will do:

1. Maintain Our KPI Unit Business : Booking Hospital Department, such as;

• overall conversion from traffic to paid leads
• customer service satisfaction (answer rate, first response time, issue relation)
• SLA achievement of product availability

2. Operational Excellence Improvement ,such as;

1. conversion rate improvement
2. business process efficiency improvement
3. Vendor Management
4. Stakeholder Management
5. Overview Report Support & Issue Resolution
6. Team Management
