Function to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access, that minimizes equipment downtime and impact on production. Expert using ABB Ellipse Maintenance module.

Job Description:

1. Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
2. Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals
3. Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
4. Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations.
5. Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
6. Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules.
7. Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.
8. Establish job goals for the maintenance workforce.
9. Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages (or excesses).
10. Help with keeping an optimal stock of spare parts and materials.

Requirement

1. Candidate must posses Bachelor's Degree, from Mechanical/Heavy Equipment Engineering
2. Expert using Ellipse system
3. GPA minimal 3.00 from reputable university
4. Having POP & BMC certificate is an advantages
5. Focus, detail, conscientious, target oriented and customer satisfaction
6. Willing to placement in remote area.
