Requirements:

1. Max. 30 years old
2. Have Experience in Cloud System
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Required Skill: Linux, Cloud Virtualization Technology, Cpanel & Plesk, cloud technology, Good communication, Microsoft Office, Reporting

Job Description:

1. Keep update on all CBN Cloud product and have a good understanding and also able to deliver the information to client using simple analogy or terms
2. Create Provisioning VM and Control panel for Openstack and Azure Stack Services
3. Serve the needs of customers in basic and further technical engineering, like a troubleshooting/customers email, handle the administration Basic Questions, request for information or a communication service via e-mail, phone or chat
