Lowongan Pekerjaan Senior Compensation and Benefit Staff.


We're looking for Senior Compensation and Benefit Staff.

Job Responsibility:
  1. Manage all employee data and administrative tasks related to Payroll, Compensation and Benefits for employees.
  2. Managing all employee expenses related to benefits such as medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS, etc.
  3. Checking All attendance component (Late in, Early out, Overtime, Overshift, Time Off).
  4. Checking All payroll component (Basic Salary, Position Allowance, Transportation Allowance (Daily), Transportation Allowance (Monthly), Overtime, Etc).
  5. Maintain and record data related to payroll (changes in salary, promotion, mutation, new hire, termination, pension, leave absence).
  6. Maintain issues related to payroll and compensation benefits and able to communicate properly with employees.
  7. Other operational human capital functions such as recruitment, training, administrative work, etc.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll experience
  2. Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  3. Excellence at Payroll administration and system, HRIS, Compensation and Benefit, & BPJS
  4. Strong Attention to detail
  5. Able to work in highly intergrated
