We're Hiring position "Talent Managent SPV" PT NexWave (ASAP)
Responsibilities for Recruiter :
- Onboarding and new hire process
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
- Coordinate and support all departments related hiring requests.
- Manage all diciplinary actions and replacement for resign or termination.
- maintain employees bank data and updated regularly of all employment records.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment report.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Experienced in telecommunication recruitment
- have a database of candidates related to the telecommunications field
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills
- Creating recruitment strategy
- Time management and organizational skills
