We're Hiring position "Talent Managent SPV" PT NexWave (ASAP)

Responsibilities for Recruiter :
  • Onboarding and new hire process
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
  • Coordinate and support all departments related hiring requests.
  • Manage all diciplinary actions and replacement for resign or termination.
  • maintain employees bank data and updated regularly of all employment records.
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment report.
Qualifications for Recruiter :
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  3. Experienced in telecommunication recruitment
  4. have a database of candidates related to the telecommunications field
  5. Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills
  8. Creating recruitment strategy
  9. Time management and organizational skills
