We are PT DIKA We're looking for a passionate candidates to join us as Project Hiring Deputy Manager

Job Desc Overview :

1. Control & monitor the fulfillment of the needs of new employees in accordance with deadlines in accordance with the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
2. Managing the Applicant Data Bank on a regular basis and raising reports from all projects/divisions/business units
3. Arrange Talent Acquisition Plan in accordance with MPP and request for fulfilling manpower needs
4. Control & monitor job advertisements posted on online job application media.
5. Coordinate the entire process of Talent Acquisition and selection (Psychotest and interview) according to the schedule
6. Review and report all Talent Acquisition & selection reports and provide recommendations/solutions to the Talent Acquisition & Selection process performance, and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Maximum 35 years old.
2. At least held Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology from reputable University (preferred held Master Degree majoring Psychology) or equivalent.
3. Having experience in outsourcing company
4. At least 2 years (s) of working experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Assistant Manager or 4 years at the Supervisory level are very required for this position.
5. Having experience in maintaining Manpower Planning & Recruitment Annual Reporting
6. Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
7. Having deep knowledge of HRIS systems usage
8. Capable in create Talent Acquisition annual report and budgeting
9. Candidate must be capable to work in detail & possess excellent leadership skill
10. Excellent in personal communication for penetrating passive candidates.
11. Possess strong working motivation and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
12. Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta
13. Able to start Immediately
