PT ANDRITZ looking for HRGA ADMIN

Responsibilities :
  1. manage attendance all employee
  2. prepare and send over time report for workshop and mill site employee to Compensation & Benefit Offier for payroll process
  3. Responsible to do recruitment and selection process for Operator level workshop employee
  4. Responsible to harmonize Industrial Relation in Workshop & Mill area
  5. control workshop employee contract and or probation
  6. Responsible for Office Boy & Security
  7. Resnponsible to ensure building management in a good condition
  8. Responsible for pantry & stationary needs
Minimum qualification:
  1. Minimum Diploma Degree of Management, or any other related discipline
  2. Have 2 years experience related Human Resources, General Affair or any related experiences
  3. Able to operate Ms. Office
  4. Able to interpretation of Labor Law
  5. Have a good English both written and Verbally
  6. Able to work under pressure
  7. Can Join ASAP
