Our client is a multinational company located in Malang, East Java which has business in Tobacco Manufacturing is looking for "Production Supervisor" as follows:

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree is preferred,
2. Having more than 5 years of experience in a large foreign-funded manufacturing factory.
3. Have the foundation of system management;
4. logical, familiar with all kinds of new production management technology, such as lean production, TPM, NPS, QCC, 6σ, etc., can be applied in the work;
5. Strong data processing ability, good at process management with data, support the effectiveness and sustainability of management and improvement;
6. Strong achievement motivation and self-drive, good communication skills.
7. English is a MUST
8. Prefer from Tobacco manufacturing
